Most AI Training Stops at Engineering

Most AI training targets engineering. Code generation, developer tools, technical workflows. Meanwhile, operations, marketing, and sales teams run most of the manual work in companies. They're often the last to get AI, even though that's where the demand is growing fastest.
Six years ago I started Tech Recruitment Academy to teach recruiters about IT. IT for recruiters, not developers. The focus was different. Now private clients are asking for something else: AI for business operations, marketing, and sales. They want to automate what their teams do every day. They want smarter workflows. And they want someone who's done it, not just talked about it.
Why I Can Help
I've sold B2B services across Europe, the UK, the US, and the UAE. I've sold digital B2C products (5,000+ mind maps) and online courses (50,000+ people enrolled). I've built several SaaS products; one of them reached $75m in annual revenues. That's not theory. That's operations, marketing, and sales at scale.
I've used Zapier for task automation since 2014, when AI wasn't part of the picture. In 2025 I switched to n8n with AI nodes. The tools changed. The principles didn't. AI excels at the middle layer: transformation, classification, summarization. Humans handle context and decisions. If you want a practical take on getting started with AI automation, that's where I start.
What's Coming
I'm organizing public training workshops on AI for business operations, marketing, and sales. I'm also available for private sessions. The topics range from recruiting for AI roles to automation and smart workflows for operations, marketing, and sales.

If you've been training engineers on AI but leaving operations and sales behind, that gap is costing you. I spent six years training recruiters on IT; now I'm shifting focus to where the real demand is.
