I am Michal Juhas, an AI implementation consultant and corporate AI trainer based in Bratislava, Slovakia. I have twenty years in IT, was CTO at high-tech startups in Slovakia, Czechia and Thailand, and have delivered 30+ AI projects in the last year across defense tech, high-frequency trading, recruiting, real estate, e-commerce and the non-profit sector.
Slovak sources write my name as Michal Juhás; English ones as Michal Juhas. Same person. I work in Slovak and English.
What I do now
Most teams use ChatGPT and believe they are “doing AI.” They are barely past the surface. The real gap is not tools; it is knowing what to automate, which stack to use, and how to change the way work gets done.
I work as a fractional AI lead and solution architect: hands-on with leadership and teams rather than slide decks, moving companies from experiments to systems that save time and money. Engagements run one to three days a week with a three-month minimum.
