- Good at

- Watch for

Six questions that separate providers
Quotes are hard to compare because providers scope differently. These six questions surface the differences faster than a price list:
- Who exactly will be in the room, and what have they shipped with AI in the last six months?
- Will we work on our own processes and systems, or on prepared examples?
- What will be running in production four weeks after the session — and who checks?
- Is there a follow-up included, or is it quoted separately?
- Can this be delivered in Slovak, English, or both?
- What is excluded from the quoted price — travel, preparation, licences, follow-up?
Where this practice fits, honestly
This is an independent practice, which means depth rather than scale. It is the right fit if you want training tied directly to implementation on your own processes, delivered by the person who does the work, in Slovak or English, with a follow-up four weeks later.
It is the wrong fit if you need to certify several hundred people next quarter, if you need a governance and compliance framework signed off for a regulated enterprise, or if your board specifically wants a recognised consultancy brand on the cover.
