Built and operated
The AI agents I build and run
I am Michal Juhas. I train teams on AI agents, and I also build and commercially operate them. Three autonomous agent systems run in production from Bratislava, Slovakia: Calyflow for recruiting, Coconector for B2B sales, and Sellerita for B2C, used by companies across the EU and the US.
This is the differentiator. The failure modes that decide whether an agent survives production only show up when you operate one commercially and carry the cost of getting it wrong.
Calyflow
Autonomous AI recruiting and sourcing agents.
What it demonstrates
Multi-agent systems running autonomously in production against real enterprise data, with GDPR handling and a self-host option.
- Upload a job description plus unpublished intake notes; agents source from there
- Connects to your own databases, a LinkedIn proxy, and 30+ data providers
- Bring your own AI model: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, xAI, DeepSeek or local
- Bring your own data: Calyflow never owns your candidate records
- GDPR-compliant, with a self-hosting option
€40,000 / year
Full-time agent, 24/7
€20,000 / year
Part-time agent, 12h x 5 days
Connects to Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Bullhorn, SmartRecruiters, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable and more.
Coconector
A rented AI agent that finds B2B customers and emails them.
What it demonstrates
Agent reliability engineering: verification instead of guessing, deduplication, opt-out handling and EU privacy compliance built into the loop.
- Searches company databases for businesses matching your best customers
- Identifies the decision maker and verifies their real email address
- Sends from your address, in your words, so replies come straight to you
- Never guesses an address, never writes your copy, never double-emails
- Carries the notice and opt-out EU law requires on every send
€40,000 / year
Full-time agent, 24/7
€20,000 / year
Part-time agent, weekdays 8h
Sellerita
Autonomous B2C sales agents, deployed into portfolio partners.
What it demonstrates
Enough confidence in the agents to take revenue-share risk on them rather than sell a license. That is a stronger signal than any testimonial.
- 15+ agents working together: strategize, create campaigns, analyze, convert
- Builds and ranks marketing hypotheses by expected return per test euro
- Ships funnels, Stripe checkout, analytics and social campaigns autonomously
- Unit-economics first: kills markets where cost per customer exceeds margin
How it works
Not a product you buy. I invest the agents and technology into a small number of selected partners under a long-term revenue share. I review proposals individually; the partner covers their own ad spend.
Where the training lives
Training runs under separate brands, each aimed at a different audience. They are all the same person.

Common questions
Does Michal Juhas build AI products or only train people?
Both, and the building came first. I build and commercially operate three autonomous agent systems, Calyflow for recruiting, Coconector for B2B sales, and Sellerita for B2C sales, used by companies in the EU and the US. The training draws on systems running in production, not on material read online.
What is Calyflow?
Calyflow is a set of autonomous AI recruiting agents. You upload a job description plus the unpublished context from your intake call, and the agents connect to your own databases, a LinkedIn proxy and 30+ data providers, then source candidates. It is model-agnostic and does not take ownership of your candidate data.
What is the difference between Calyflow and Coconector?
Calyflow sources candidates; it is a recruiting tool. Coconector finds customers; it is a B2B sales tool that identifies target companies, verifies decision-maker email addresses, and sends outreach from your address. Different jobs, same underlying agent engineering.
How much does an AI sourcing agent cost?
Calyflow and Coconector are both priced as rented agents: €40,000 per year for a full-time agent running 24/7, or €20,000 per year for a part-time agent. Ad-hoc, pay-as-you-go work is also available. Calyflow has a free tier to start with your own API key.
Can I buy Sellerita?
No. Sellerita is not sold as software. I invest the agents and the technology into a small number of selected partners under a long-term revenue share: you bring the product and the ad budget, I bring the agents, and the profits are shared. I review proposals individually.
Why does this matter when hiring an AI trainer?
Most AI training is delivered by people who have read about agents. The failure modes that matter in production only show up when you operate agents commercially and carry the consequences: verification instead of guessing, deduplication, opt-out handling, cost control, and knowing when an agent should stop.
Who legally operates these products?
Juhas Digital Services s.r.o., registered at Sukennicka 1, 82109 Bratislava, Slovakia.
