Pricing guide
How much does AI training cost?
In Slovakia and the wider EU, public full-day AI workshops typically cost around €300–€600 per person, private in-house workshops are priced per session rather than per head, fractional AI advisory runs €3,000–€10,000 per month, and a Big 4 AI strategy engagement commonly costs €30,000–€80,000 over six months.

Price bands by format
Public workshop, per person
€300 – €600
Full-day open-enrolment AI workshops in Slovakia commonly sit around €449 per seat. Good for one or two people; expensive above roughly eight.
Private in-house workshop
Priced per session
Charged per workshop rather than per head, so the per-person cost falls as the group grows. Usually better value from about eight participants upward. Add preparation time on your specific processes.
Multi-session programme
Per session, with a schedule
A sequence across several departments over weeks or months, typically with an adoption assessment at the start and follow-ups between sessions.
Fractional AI advisory
€3,000 – €10,000 / month
One to three days a week, three-month minimum. This is implementation rather than training — the deliverable is working systems.
Big 4 AI strategy
€30,000 – €80,000
Roughly six months, commonly staffed with juniors. You get a strategy document; implementation is a separate cost.
What actually drives the price
Group size
Per-person cost falls sharply with group size on private workshops, and not at all on public ones.
Preparation depth
A generic session needs little prep. A session built on your actual workflows needs a call, access, and design time before the day.
On-site vs remote
On-site adds travel and a full day of the trainer’s time. It also produces materially better outcomes, because you can work on real systems in the room.
Technical depth
Agentic engineering for a development team costs more than an AI foundations briefing for management, because it needs a practising engineer in the room.
Follow-up
A follow-up session four weeks later is the difference between training and adoption. It is also the line item most often cut, and the one most worth keeping.
Language
Slovak and English are standard here. Other languages mean a different trainer or interpretation.
The question worth asking instead
Comparing quotes on price alone tends to select for the cheapest room-hire, not the best outcome. A more useful test: ask each provider what will be running in production four weeks after the session, and who checks.
Training that ends when the day ends is almost always poor value at any price. Training that leaves two or three automations running on your real processes usually pays for itself quickly — and that difference costs far less than the gap between the price bands above.
COMMON QUESTIONS
How much does an AI workshop cost in Slovakia?
Public full-day AI workshops for professionals in Slovakia commonly cost around €449 per person. Private in-house workshops are priced per session rather than per head, which typically becomes better value above roughly eight participants. Preparation on your own processes and any follow-up session are usually priced separately.
How much does corporate AI training cost per person?
On a public workshop, €300–€600 per seat is the normal range in Central Europe. On a private in-house workshop with 15–20 participants, the effective per-person cost is usually well below that, because the session is priced as a whole.
Is AI training worth the money?
It depends entirely on whether anything is implemented afterwards. Training that ends when the day ends rarely pays for itself. Training that produces two or three running automations, with a follow-up to make sure they survive, typically returns the cost within weeks — the honest test is whether you can name the workflows that changed a month later.
Why is a Big 4 engagement so much more expensive?
Scope and staffing model. A €30,000–€80,000 engagement over six months buys breadth, a recognised brand for your board, and a thorough strategy document. It does not usually buy deployments — implementation is scoped and priced separately.
What is not included in the headline price?
Usually: travel for on-site sessions outside the trainer’s home city, tool and API licences, preparation beyond the standard allowance, and follow-up sessions. Ask for these explicitly when comparing quotes — they are where quoted prices diverge most.
What does Michal Juhas charge?
Workshops are priced per session based on format, group size and preparation depth. Fractional AI advisory runs €3,000–€10,000 per month depending on scope. Michal is based in Bratislava, Slovakia; ask for a quote on a short call.
