Michal has worked in IT for 15 years as a software developer, consultant, and most notably an IT director in a fast-growing startup where he was responsible for product management, software development, and a team of 30 IT professionals.
After he left the company, Michal co-founded Geek Recruiters, a recruitment agency focused on international IT talents.
As he was onboarding his first colleagues, he started creating materials and recording videos on IT and IT recruitment best practices... which eventually became the most comprehensive library for IT recruiters called the "IT Recruiter Toolkit."
